Through BMHF, she pioneers pedagogical reform, equipping the industry with the mental health literacy required to cultivate psychological safety nationwide.
Recognized as a leading executive voice in arts advocacy, Emerson is a Women Changing the World Awards 2026 Finalist and was named one of New York’s 50 “Women to KNOW.” Her systemic approach to performer wellness has garnered widespread media coverage, including upcoming features in major dance publications and theatre podcasts. As a frequent partner and speaker for organizations including NEDA and Impact CE, she is deeply committed to protecting artists at every stage of their journey.

Based in NYC and represented by MMG New York, Emerson continues her work as a professional theatre artist and dancer, model, and voiceover actor, dedicating her life’s work to ensuring that artistic excellence and human well-being can safely coexist.
