Upping the ante on dance coverage and conversation

Roxanne Lyst



 Roxanne Lyst began her professional dance training in Washington, D.C. under the mentorship of Adrian Bolton and Alfred Dove. She continued her training at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival and the Ailey School. Ms. Lyst has been a member of Ailey II, Philadanco, and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. She has also performed with Dance Iquail, Putty Dance Project, and Waheed Works. Ms. Lyst is currently on faculty at Rutgers University Mason Gross Campus. She has taught master classes around the world and at the Ailey School, Steps on Broadway, Philadanco, and Brooklyn Ballet. Ms. Lyst holds a Master of Fine Arts from Hollins University and has been honored by DanceUSA/Philadelphia.
