Thomas Devaney is the author of Calamity Jane (Furniture Press Books,  2014) and The Picture That Remains (The Print Center, 2014). Devaney  was awarded a  Pew Fellowship in the Arts in the spring 2014. Hanging Loose Press is publishing his fifth book of poems Runaway Goat Cart in 2015.  Projects with the Institute of Contemporary Art include "Tales from the 215" for "Philadelphia Freedom" with Zoe Strauss and  "The Empty House"  at the Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site for "The Big Nothing."   He teaches at Haverford  College.
